Sakalya Prep, The Holistic Preschool celebrated World Environment day 2022 World theme “Only One Earth”.
Eco consciousness is an integral part of development domains addressed in Sakalya Prep. All newcomers- Playgroup to K2, most of them first time attendees of regular school enthusiastically participated in the celebrations. Early Childhood Educators planned various events to introduce Eco Consciousness to our little ones. World Environment Day perfectly falls in the start of the academic year which helps us to kickstart the nature learning sessions.
As a part of the event the children made a recycled paper Mache globe right from the scratch. The interactions during the preparations introduced children to the awareness of Planet earth, space around and caring for the planet. Children made a world Environment Day 2022 Flag as take way to serve as subtle reminder to them and their family members to be eco conscious.
